Does Shkouun include hardware or unlock my door?
No. Shkouun is software: it provides a digital doorbell link, printable QR sign, and arrival dashboard. It does not provide a wired intercom or connect to, unlock, or control physical doors or locks.
How do arrival notifications work?
For a live dashboard chime, keep your Shkouun dashboard open with sound on and an internet connection. Owners can enable browser alerts on supported devices for arrivals when the app is closed; delivery and sound still depend on browser, device, and operating-system settings.

Yes. Visitors need an internet connection to open the QR link and send an arrival message, and your owner dashboard needs a connection to receive and reply to it.
