1. Nature of the Service
Shkouun is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivering a real-time digital doorbell protocol for closed-door spaces, studios, clinics, and lofts. Shkouun is strictly a cloud software service: we do not sell, manufacture, or ship physical hardware, wired intercoms, or printed physical plastic signs. Door posters are generated digitally for self-printing by the subscriber.
2. Pricing & Subscriptions
Shkouun requires an active subscription. The plan includes custom fields, quick replies, and QR codes without a visitor quota. The price, billing period, and payment terms are presented before payment confirmation.
3. Subscription Management
In settings, “Manage subscription” opens the provider portal when a management link is available for your account. Consult that portal for management and cancellation options. “Restore / verify” refreshes access without starting a payment. An account erasure request does not cancel a subscription: cancellation must be managed separately.
4. Service Availability & Liability
The arrival board updates periodically. Alert delivery depends on Internet connectivity, browser state and your device’s audio settings.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use the doorbell to impersonate multiple people, send false arrivals or disrupt a business. Shkouun may temporarily pause new visits when the same browser uses many different first names.
